Primer
Doors and frames are thoroughly cleaned, phosphatized, and primed with one coat of forced cured rust inhibiting primer that meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI A250.10 (120 hour continuous salt spray test per ASTM B117 and 240 hour continuous humidity test per ASTM D4585).
Finish paint
Optional finish paint is polyester powder coating to one of the standard RAL colours. Baked at temperature of 200 degree C, the finish coating provides a durable and tough surface protection to the doors and frames.
Stainless steel
Available in either grade 304 for standard applications or grade 316 for highly corrosive applications. A great variety of texture, finish and colour is available to complement virtually any architectural requirement.
