ARCHITECTURAL BEVELED EDGE
Hinge and lock edges of HAUSNER doors are beveled to allow the tighest fit and to make field installation easier;
Square or bull nosed edges are avai;ab;e for pairs of doors without astragal or double acting configuration;
VERTICAL SEAM;
HAUSNER doors are manufactured by interlocking two steel panels together to form a tight mechanical edge seams;
DOOR TOP AND BOTTOM;
Door top and bottom are reinforced heavily with 14 gage channelds, flush at top and recessed at the bottom;
GLASS TRIM;
Vision lite in HAUSNER doors is available in square or splayed trim to complement different architectural requirements;
HARDWARE REINFORCEMENT;
Each door and frame are reinforced and prepared to receive mortise hardware.  High frequency hinge preparation is available as option to the top hinge.;
MEETING EDGE DETAILS;
Overlapping astragal is 14 gage and is furnished loose for installation in the field by others.
